Proof of Funds

Any offer to purchase the current lot being sold that does not include proof of funds will not be considered complete and will be excluded from the process.

The following will be acceptable for providing proof of funds:

• Bank Comfort Letters (BCL) – a letter written by a Bank Officer on behalf of a customer, attesting to the current balance and good standing of the account holder

• Current screenshot or print out showing a bank balance adequate to cover the full offer amount

Offers submitted without an accompanying proof of funds email will not be considered.
