I'm interested! How do I buy the kits?

CovidLots.com provides a simple process that makes purchasing COVID test kits by the lot available to any qualified buyer.

1. Offers are made using a standard form, through this website, and only until a specified date and time.

2. Within 6 hours after the date and time for all offers to be received, the buyer providing the best offer will be notified to arrange payment and logistics.

3. 30% payment is required by close of business the day after the date through which offers are received. Failure to make payment of 30% will result in forfeiting the right to buy the lot.

4. The remaining 70% is due before the product will ship out. Exceptions to payment terms may be made only for government buyers.

Sounds good! How do I make an offer?

To be considered, every offer must include (1) a fully executed COVID Lots Purchase Offer form, and (2) include acceptable Proof of Funds.

First, complete (including electronic signature) and submit an offer using the online form here.

Second, secure a digital copy of acceptable Proof of Funds to support your offer and email it to pof@covidlots.com.

Offers for which there is not received an accompanying proof of funds will not be considered!

When can I buy the kits?

The kits are in stock when posted.

Offers for the next lot are being accepted now.

Kits will ship as soon as payment has been received in full, no less than 5 business days after the last date offers are received.

What are the terms for purchase?

30% of the total purchase price is due by the close of business the day after the date through which offers are received. The remaining 70% is due within 5 business days and before the product will be shipped out. Failure to provide full payment within 5 business days will result in forfeiture of 50% of the down payment and loss of right to buy the product.

Can I pay the full amount right away?

Yes, if desired.

I am a broker. Can I work with CovidLots.com?

Yes. Please use this form to register and provide us with your broker fee as well as to identify any buyer you have brought to CovidLots.com. To confirm you are the broker for a given buyer, you must provide the exact price your buyer will be offering as well as the signing individual for their offer. That will allow CovidLots.com to verify you have specific knowledge and are working closely with your buyer. Be aware that any offer made by your buyer will be considered in comparison to other offers after your fee has been paid to you.

How can I trust CovidLots will honor my broker fee?

We will. We would not be successful for long in business if we didn’t. We can provide references and are happy to sign a commission agreement upon request. However, it will not be a priority. Regardless, you will get paid if you bring a buyer with the best offer after your fee is paid and that buyer agrees they are working with you.

Yes. The lot can be shipped to up to 4 separate destinations.

If mine is the best offer, can I do an inspect and pay?

Yes. 30% is due by the close of business the day after the date through which offers are received. If you can arrange travel you are welcome to inspect the product prior to making the 30% payment.
